Propper Seltzer™ Yeast Nutrient – Gluten Free

For the fastest results, ferment with Omega Yeast’s kveik strains at high temps (80-96°).

Propper Seltzer™ supports your favorite Omega Yeast strains and many other yeast including wine yeast and distilling yeast strains. Not only does it work for seltzer fermentations but it will work for mead, cider, wine, and hard kombucha, or any other non-malt-based fermentation.

Recommended Use:
One pack provides yeast nutrients for five gallons of sugar wort at 1.060 or lower starting gravity.

Directions:

1. Add sugar to hot water and stir to dissolve. Boil for 10 min, measure gravity and adjust.
2. Once desired gravity is reached, turn off the heat source and add Propper Seltzer nutrient.
3. Transfer sugar base to the fermenter at desired fermentation temp. Aerate by shaking or oxygenating.
4. Pitch your favorite yeast strain and let it roll.
